Kingsway in Silaiman is one of the AnnaiBharath Housing group's flagship villa projects — and one of the most architecturally detailed gated communities Bharath Architect has designed. Located in Silaiman, one of Madurai's most sought-after residential corridors, the project required a villa design language that was simultaneously unified in community character and individually distinctive for each homeowner.

Every villa elevation at Kingsway was designed to balance architectural consistency across 180 units with personal expression — a disciplined design challenge that resulted in a collection of homes that feel part of a premium neighbourhood while each standing beautifully on its own.
