Bharath Architect designed every villa floor plan at Annai Enclave around Vastu principles — entrance orientation, master bedroom placement, kitchen direction, pooja room position, and staircase location — without sacrificing modern spatial quality or visual appeal. Every unit received the same architectural attention as the more expensive projects.
