With a Bachelor of Architecture degree and Fellowship from the Indian Institute of Interior Designers & Valuers, Saravana Kumar has spent over two decades designing homes, villas, interiors, and commercial spaces across Madurai and Tamil Nadu.
As Director of AnnaiBharath Housing, he brings a rare combination of architectural vision and real builder knowledge — designing not just for beauty, but for construction feasibility, material quality, and long-term value.
His design philosophy is rooted in understanding the Madurai lifestyle — the cultural needs of Tamil Nadu families, the local climate, traditional spatial values like Vastu, and the practical realities of modern construction and budgets.
